  • 1 can Canned Black Beans (Drained)
  • 1 can Canned Sweet Corn (Drained)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Wild Arugula
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Juice of 4 Limes
  • 8 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
