- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¾ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 ½ inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add baking powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Warm buffalo sauce in the microwave for 20–30 seconds.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl and toss with warm buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve over rice with fresh veggies and your choice of dipping sauce.
