  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 8 6-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and chop apples into small cubes.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine apples with brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, water, and cornstarch. Stir well.
  3. Simmer the mixture for about 10-15 minutes until apples are tender.
