  • 2224 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • Cooking oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel topping, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch until well combined.
  3. Lay out egg roll wrappers and spread about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese on each one. Add 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture.
