  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup golden brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Mash bananas in another bowl and fold into the wet mixture.
  5. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt; gently combine until just mixed.
