  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and sliced mushrooms until the meat is browned and mushrooms are softened. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds to infuse flavor.
