Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats are the perfect autumn-inspired dessert that combines nostalgia with festive fun! These colorful treats bring together the classic crunch of Rice Krispies and the gooey sweetness of vegan marshmallows, all enhanced by vibrant candy corn.

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz mini vegan marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups candy corn
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add mini vegan marshmallows and stir until completely smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  5. Mix in 1 cup of candy corn, reserving some for decoration.
  6. Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish and press down gently. Top with remaining candy corn.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
