  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent.
  2. Add diced carrots and cook until tender. Stir in frozen peas and shredded chicken.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 4×4 inch squares.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture onto each square, fold over, seal edges firmly.
  6. Brush with beaten egg and bake on parchment-lined sheet at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
