  • 1 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa in a mesh strainer under cold water to remove bitterness.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine rinsed quinoa, full-fat coconut milk, and kosher salt. Stir well.
