  • 1/4 cup cashew butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the non-dairy yogurt, cashew butter, maple syrup, and protein powder if using. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop dollops of the mixture onto it.
  4. Freeze for at least one hour until solid.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate and return them to the baking sheet.
  7. Freeze again for another 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
