  • 2 medium carrots (peeled and sliced)

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk (regular or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups russet potatoes (cubed)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (cubed)
  • Seasoning: salt, black pepper, Better than Bouillon chicken base

Instructions
