  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  2. Cook pasta: Boil salted water and cook penne until al dente; reserve half a cup of pasta water.
