  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
  3. Bake crust for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  4. Spread raspberry jam over the cooled crust and top with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cubed cold butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the raspberry filling.
  6. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
