  • 8 oz ground turkey (or chicken)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 slices cheese (Havarti or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and cooked through; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked turkey with flour, milk, pepper, hash browns, heavy cream, and cheese slices until well combined.
  4. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour half the filling onto one half of the pastry, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Bake for about 23 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before cutting into squares.
