  • 1 fluid ounce red food coloring
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Melt the butter and chopped chocolate together until smooth. Stir in dark brown sugar, then add the eggs one at a time and mix in the red food coloring.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until combined. Pour into a heart-shaped pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in Greek yogurt, white sugar, vanilla essence, followed by eggs one at a time and flour.
  5. Pour cheesecake filling over cooled cake base and bake for an additional 25–30 minutes until set.
