  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (+ 23 tbsp as needed)
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk granulated sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before frosting.
