  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dulce de leche
  • ¼ cup dulce de leche (for drizzling)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and dulce de leche.
  3. Pour the mixture over the crust, drizzle extra dulce de leche on top, and swirl lightly with a knife.
  4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes until just set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
