  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, ginger, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
