  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) parmesan garlic sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 box (16 oz) rotini pasta

Instructions

  1. Spray the insert of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and add the parmesan garlic sauce, grated parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
  3. Fill the empty parmesan garlic sauce bottle with milk, shake it well, and pour it over the chicken mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the crockpot and stir well to combine.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  7. Drain the pasta (do not rinse) and fold it into the creamy chicken mixture until thoroughly combined.
