  • â…” cup buffalo sauce
  • â…” cup sour cream or plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups chicken breast (cooked and shredded or chopped)
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ½ red bell pepper (seeded and finely diced)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded (divided)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded (divided)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Kosher salt and ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), garlic powder, onion powder, shredded chicken, celery, bell pepper, and half of each cheese type until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
