  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

  • 8–10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
