  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head broccoli, roughly chopped
  • 12 carrots, julienned
  • 12 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 0.5 pound spaghetti, cooked separately according to package directions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  3. Add chopped broccoli, carrots, and sliced bell peppers on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until chicken is cooked through.
