  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until mixed well.
  2. Toss the shredded chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Lay out a tortilla and top with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheese, and cilantro.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture over the veggies and add avocado if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
