  • 24 ounces low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, half of the marinara sauce, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix well and transfer to the prepared casserole dish.
  3. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken mixture.
  4. Layer the remaining mozzarella cheese on top, followed by a sprinkle of almond flour for added crunch.
