  • 6 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 1 ripe avocado (mashed or sliced)
  • 4 leaves lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast three slices of bread per sandwich until golden and crisp.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels.
