Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the chicken until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; season as desired.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet along with drained pasta; toss to combine until well-coated in sauce. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
