  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add halved baby potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter to the skillet, then sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return steak bites to the skillet along with cooked potatoes. Toss everything together in the garlic butter sauce and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
