  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and butter.
  2. Sear steak cubes for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
