  • 1 cup butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup toppings: chopped pecans, crushed candy canes, Christmas sprinkles, or mini M&M's

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange honey graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, salt, and brown sugar. Stir continuously until melted and bubbly (about 3 minutes) before removing from heat and adding vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the hot caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers, spreading gently to cover each cracker.
