1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup cucumber (peeled and seeds removed)
2 small garlic cloves (finely minced or microplaned)
1–2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh dill
2 tbsp fresh chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion flakes (or 1/4 tsp if using onion powder)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Milk (to thin, if needed, add 1 tbsp at a time)
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of peeled and seeded cucumber, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of fresh dill, 2 tablespoons of chives, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion flakes (or powder), and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Blend on high until smooth and well-combined.
Check the consistency; if too thick, gradually add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired thickness is reached.
