  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls (drained and halved)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for salad topping)
  • 8 large leaves of basil (sliced into ribbons)
  • Flaked Maldon finishing sea salt to taste
  • 2 pounds zucchini (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and sea salt for at least 2 hours or overnight.
