  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef; season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Cook until browned.
  5. Pour in beef broth; let simmer for a few minutes.
