  • 3 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • Tortilla strips (for garnish)
  • Optional: cilantro and avocado

Instructions

  1. Dice the yellow onion and sauté in a small pan over medium-high heat until soft.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the sautéed onions with all remaining ingredients except toppings.
