  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup blended cottage cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped shallots and crushed garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
