  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
