  • 1.5 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 bananas)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (for swirl)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for swirl)
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar (for swirl)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking soda together; gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in mashed bananas gently.
  6. For the cinnamon swirl, combine melted butter, sugars, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the pan; drizzle half of the cinnamon mixture on top. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl gently.
