Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour into the wet mixture without overmixing.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed cones gently, then swirl in hot fudge.
  6. Scoop out cookie dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them apart.
  7. Lightly sprinkle with flaked salt and bake for 11-14 minutes until golden around the edges.
