  • 4 organic green tea bags
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. If using fresh pineapple, juice it to get vibrant flavor. If using store-bought, skip this step.
  2. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a simmer. Remove from heat and add tea bags and mint; steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Discard tea bags and mint leaves, pour cooled tea into a pitcher, and stir in honey until dissolved.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water along with pineapple juice and lime juice; mix well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving over ice, garnishing with pineapple slices, lime wedges, and mint sprigs.
