  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Smoked paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Ice Bath Time: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for five minutes to cool and make peeling easier.
  3. Peel and Slice: Peel the cooled eggs under running water if needed and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Prepare the Filling: Scoop yolks into a bowl and mash until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix in Bacon: Stir most of the crumbled turkey bacon into the yolk mixture; reserve some for garnishing.
