  • 4 large Eggs
  • 8 ounces Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Creamy Salsa Verde (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, crack the eggs and fry until they reach your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form the ground sausage into four patties and press them onto the tortillas.
  3. Place the tortillas meat side down in a skillet over medium heat and sauté until crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
