  • 1 lb baby bok choy
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp rice cooking apple vinegar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Swerve brown sugar substitute
