  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve brown sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
