  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp coarse ground garlic salt with parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, cheddar cheese, jack cheese, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
  3. Scoop about 1/3 cup of the mixture onto the parchment paper and shape it into a circle about 5 inches wide.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and gently lift each shell off the parchment paper using a spatula while still warm; shape into taco form using a taco holder or between two spoons.
  6. Allow to cool completely before filling with your favorite ingredients.
