  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil (divided)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Juice and Zest from 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro (plus more for garnish)
  • Lime Slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, oregano, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Sear the Chicken: Heat remaining olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken thighs; sear until golden brown on both sides.
