  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
