  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup Black Soy Beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. In a pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions and red bell pepper until the meat is fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; add minced garlic along with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and canned diced tomatoes until well combined.
  4. Add rinsed black soy beans to the mixture.
  5. Pour in beef broth and stir everything together.
  6. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes before serving.
