  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, feta cheese, basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into 14 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
  4. Remove patties and drain excess grease; deglaze the pan with beef stock.
  5. Whisk in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, green onions, and tomato paste; simmer until thickened.
  6. Return patties to the skillet to coat them in the sauce.
