- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Sugar-Free Whipped Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Mini Chocolate Chips
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour, 3 tablespoons Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute, and 3 tablespoons melted butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased mini muffin tin, filling each section about one-third full.
- In another bowl, beat together 6 ounces softened cream cheese and ⅓ cup Swerve until creamy.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and ½ cup heavy whipping cream until fluffy.
- Spoon the filling into each muffin tin section until heaped.
- Freeze for about an hour or until solid.
