  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions
