  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 cups Bok Choy (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and egg. Mix until well combined and form into about 20 small meatballs.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth along with soy sauce and chili garlic sauce; stir gently and bring to a low boil.
  4. Carefully add meatballs to the broth and cook until they float and are fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped bok choy and simmer for a few minutes until tender.
